Important Notice
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk lock. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the pk lock platform. Continued use of pk lock after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1 Introduction
Welcome to pk lock. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk lock online gaming platform, available at pk-lock.org and through the pk lock mobile application. The platform is operated by PK Lock and is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh.
By registering a pk lock account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any pk lock game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2 Eligibility
To open and use a pk lock account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. PK lock does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
- Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under the influence of a court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your ability to contract.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one pk lock account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from pk lock or from online gaming platforms generally. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
Age Verification
PK lock reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.
3 Your Account
When you register a pk lock account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must notify pk lock promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Login credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your pk lock username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
- Account security: You must notify pk lock immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. PK lock will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk lock account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to pk lock in a timely manner.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PK lock reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice.
Account Verification
PK lock may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be restricted.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
PK lock supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile money services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
- Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your pk lock wallet instantly in most cases. PK lock is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile money provider.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal processing time: PK lock targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile money account registered to your pk lock profile. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will not be processed.
- No fees: PK lock does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pk lock's control.
- Funds held in trust: Player funds are held separately from pk lock's operational funds. Your balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable verification requirements.
Withdrawal Conditions
PK lock reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a hold, along with the reason and estimated resolution time.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
PK lock offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.
- Wagering requirements: Most pk lock bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each pk lock player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific pk lock games. Check the individual offer terms on the Current Offers page before using a bonus.
- Abuse and fraud: PK lock reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors.
- Withdrawal order: When you request a withdrawal, real-money funds are withdrawn before bonus funds. Bonus funds remaining after a withdrawal may be subject to the wagering requirements of the original offer.
6 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the pk lock platform — including Boom Legend, Arcade, Win, Monster Dice, Pappu, and Dinosaur Tycoon — use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and that the odds displayed in each game accurately reflect the actual probabilities.
- Game outcomes are final: Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by the pk lock system, the outcome is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical error.
- Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, pk lock reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. PK lock is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
- Displayed odds: The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and odds displayed within each pk lock game are accurate and verified by independent audit. PK lock does not manipulate odds after a bet has been placed.
- Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from the platform during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. PK lock is not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection issues.
- Game rules: Each pk lock game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.
Independent RNG Certification
PK lock's RNG is certified by an independent third-party testing laboratory. Certification is renewed on a regular basis. This means every spin, roll, and outcome on pk lock is genuinely random — the platform has no ability to influence individual game results.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk lock platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using pk lock to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one pk lock account, whether under your own name or using false identities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any pk lock game.
- Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the pk lock platform or any of its games to gain an advantage or extract funds.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the pk lock platform without prior written consent from pk lock.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile money provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your pk lock account.
- Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to the pk lock platform by anyone under the age of 18.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
PK lock reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. All funds held in such accounts may be forfeited. PK lock may also pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable law permits.
8 Responsible Gaming
PK lock is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk lock players directly from their account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk lock account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your pk lock account.
- Loss limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
- Cooling-off period: Take a break from pk lock for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be temporarily suspended.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pk lock platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy & Data
PK lock collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk-lock.org/privacy-policy. By registering a pk lock account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
- Data use: Your personal data is used to operate your pk lock account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. PK lock does not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Data security: PK lock uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal data. Regular third-party security audits are conducted to maintain the integrity of the platform.
- Cookies: PK lock uses cookies to improve your experience on the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
- Data retention: PK lock retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk lock's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- No guarantee of winnings: PK lock does not guarantee that you will win any amount by using the platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG and involve an inherent element of chance.
- Service availability: PK lock aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pk lock's control may result in temporary unavailability.
- Third-party services: PK lock is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or internet service providers.
- Maximum liability: In any event, pk lock's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Indirect losses: PK lock is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
11 Account Termination
Either you or pk lock may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions below.
- Closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk lock support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered mobile money account, provided all verification requirements have been met.
- Closure by pk lock: PK lock may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to complete verification, or if pk lock is required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
- Effect of closure: Upon account closure, your access to the pk lock platform will be revoked. Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to verification and these Terms.
- Survival of terms: Certain provisions of these Terms — including those relating to prohibited conduct, liability, and dispute resolution — survive the closure of your pk lock account.
12 Changes to These Terms
PK lock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, pk lock will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the pk lock platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
